At Huedwell, we're dedicated to getting your order to you promptly and with care, so every piece arrives ready to settle into your space.
Order Processing
Orders are carefully processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after your purchase. Please allow a little extra time during holidays and busier periods.
Delivery Times
Once processed, your order is estimated to arrive within 3 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location. These timeframes do not include occasional courier delays, which can happen from time to time once a parcel is on its way.
Shipping Costs
We offer free delivery across the US on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Where Your Order Ships From
Most items ship from local warehouses. Depending on stock and availability, some pieces may ship from our international warehouses. we pack every order with protective materials to keep prints, glass and ceramics safe in transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery Delays
Once an order leaves our warehouse and enters the courier network, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. While we'll always help where we can, please understand that occasional delays during transit are outside our direct control.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Huedwell cannot take responsibility for orders that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or amend it, though you're always welcome to use our Refund and Return Policy once it arrives.
